RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company - home to many global powerbrands including Nurofen, Dettol, Durex, Scholl, Air Wick, Finish, Cillit Bang and Vanish.

RB employs 37,000 entrepreneurs, each inspired by a vision of a world where people are healthier and live better. At the heart of this rapidly growing consumer health business is a passionate, dedicated Global Design team working alongside Category Marketing, R&D, Supply/Procurement, Consumer Marketing Insights, and Shopper Marketing to create cohesive and coherent brand experiences.

Given our close relationship, Sprout were engaged by RB to promote and celebrate the fantastic work the Global Design team had achieved over the year.

In the past, traditional hardcopy yearbooks were designed and produced, and although they looked beautiful, the costly and cumbersome print format limited the breadth of exposure the team could gain. This year was going to be different.

It was decided that by creating an online showcase of the year's projects we could engage the full RB community of 37,000 employees across the world in recognising the skill, supreme talent and successes of the Global Design team.

Working with Van Berlo in the production of this showcase, we brought each project to life celebrating the exciting innovation, strategic thought and award-winning succeses behind every product.

Due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of many of the projects we worked with, we are unable to showcase the movies in their entirety, however please see below for a sneak-view showcasing the style of the animation adopted.
